Satisfaction is our highest priority! If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or shows a defect in craftsmanship we will repair your item at no cost or offer you a refund or store credit. Please note - Gemstones and minerals are natural materials derived from the earth and may have markings, inclusions, unusual colors, or irregular shapes. These aspects are natural to the stones and are considered part of their beauty. ONE-OF-A-KIND - LIMITED EDITION AVAILABILITY Please be careful to check the availability of items... Bejeweled by Ginaฎ designs are "one-of-a-kind" (or linited edition) and will never be reproduced, due to the rarity of the stones used. But if you see something you like and the item is sold, we may be able to create a similar design for you. If you see something you like, grab it quickly! As soon as a jewelry piece is sold we will create something new to take its place. So, please remember to check back often as new items will be added frequently! PRICING All prices are in U.S. Dollars only. Additional charges may apply for re-sizing or other adjustments. All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 9.75% sales tax. PAYMENT Preferred method of payment is PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, electronic check). In addition to PayPal, we accept personal checks, certified checks or money orders drawn from U.S. banks only. Sorry, no COD orders accepted. Please contact me if you are paying by check or money order. SHIPPING We generally ship using United States Postal Service. 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. The service is fast, and priced reasonably. Our shipping is based on a FLAT rate: includes the cost of shipping, packaging, insurance and signature confirmation to US addresses. All packages are shipped with "Signature Confirmation." Options inlcude: 1 - USPS-"First-Class" $6.00, plus $3.00 for each additional item 2 - USPS-"Priority Mail" (approximately 2-3 days service) $15.00, plus $3.00 for each additional item 3 - USPS-"Express Mail" (Overnight) $25.00, plus $3.00 for each additional item We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Usually within 24-72 hours, as soon as funds have cleared through our bank. You will receive an email with USPS.com tracking number the day package is mailed. We normally DO NOT ship overseas. Please email your order request to: storeowner@bejeweledbygina.com, be sure to include your order number and your complete mailing address, along with your method of payment. We will contact you regarding shipping cost (if possible) to your location within 48 hours. RETURNS - 7-Day Policy If you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, of course you may return it, but you must do so within seven days of receipt; no credit or refund will be issued for items sent back after the first week. Please follow these instructions when returning an item: 1. Notify me via email, gina@bejeweledbygina.com, before sending the shipment, be sure to include your phone number should I need to contact you. Any items received without notification will be refused delivery and returned to you. 2. When returning, pack the item in its original package in a sturdy carton (or padded envelope) sealed with strong tape. We are not responsible for any returns in non-padded envelopes or breakage due to inadequate packaging. 3. Enclose a copy of the packing slip, and please add a note at the bottom describing the reason for the return. Also note whether you'd like a "Refund Check" or "Store Credit." "Store Credit is valid for one year. 4. Ship the package Insured, via Priority Mail (or similar shipment method with tracking), with Delivery Confirmation. Please email delivery confirmation/tracking number so we will expect package. RETURNS: REFUND - OR - STORE CREDIT If items are returned, you will receive a check from us within seven days of receipt; shipping and handling charges will not be included as part of your refund. Sorry, we do not issue credit card refunds! REPAIRS If the item is broken, please return all parts of any broken jewelry. Upon inspection, if the fault is due to defective parts, your piece will be fixed free of charge and returned to you. If the breakage is due to customer 'neglect', you will be charged a $20 minimum labor fee plus parts for repair, and a $7.00 shipping (insurance and delivery confirmation) charge will be included. All returns for repair will be shipped back to you within seven days of receipt, via USPS 1st Class Mail.
